How do I use Elyx.AI?

Elyx.AI is an add-in that is used directly in Excel. Click on the Elyx.AI button in the Excel toolbar to make it appear in the sidebar. You can then use the various AI features such as a chat with the AI where you can ask questions related to your data, or use the formula =ELYX.AI(your instructions;your data) which allows you to perform many actions on the data in your Excel files.

Is an account necessary to use Elyx.AI?

Yes, an account is necessary to use Elyx.AI. You can sign up for free on our website or directly in the application. A valid email address is required to create an account.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' button on the login page. You will receive a reset link by email.

Are the data in my Excel files secure?

Yes, we do not directly access the data in your Excel files. We only store the instructions you send us and the responses you receive. All data exchanged with Elyx.AI are stored securely.
